Fear Vs Phobia

Fear and Phobia are very common term we use in our life.
Everyone has any fear in his life it is of anything. For ex - Fear of height, Fear of dark, and Fear of fear is a fear also.
So fear is a normal emotion and when this emotion causes disturbances in daily life functioning, we can call this phobia.
Fear is a neutral emotion. Fear is a alert of danger.
Phobia develops as a result of having a negative experience.
Phobia usually connected to something specific.

Fear - We are able to control our fear and overcome the trouble without much discomfort.

Phobia - But when fear became phobia, it cannot be controlled as too easy. People avoid current situation, experience anxiety when the threat is not appreciating.

Fear - Characterized by nervousness, anxiety, discomfort and desires.

Phobia - Causes trachycardia, shortness of breathe, dizziness, nausea, or even panic attack.

So, in fear the person doesn't need any medical treatment. But in phobia he/she needs help.

Fear is not real. It is the product of thoughts you create.

Response

Fear - Do not run from situation, but rather than engage in any activities that help you to move away from fear.

Phobia - Consult an experienced psychiatrist who will helps to create clear picture and diagnosis Or do Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques (CBT).

Expectations

जो वो दुसरो से रखता है."

This is a fact that, we got hurt when we do expectations from others. And the person we have expectations with, can't make it.

So the thing is obvious if we don't keep expectations from a person or we work on it, we also don't get hurt whatever the result came.

And here is a 'but' that screams we can't do this on our own (to not keeping expectations with whom we have a bond with).

We expect from a person when we trust him/her.
But the point is-
From where the trust comes? Why?

It comes with the person, maybe he/she is trustworthy that we even think that the person is last-longer in our life.

When we love someone, our trust(with the person) gets stronger with time that results in the expectations which goes higher also. Both are very dependent processes.

Actually the problem is not with what we expect from whom, in what sense. The root of the problem is the selection of right person, because a wrong person came with great destruction and apocalypse in our life.

Choose wisely, give some time to him/her and take some time for you because this selection can make your life or can create an apocalypse to you.

If the person is right for us then our expectations doesn't go in vain. Just look at his/her efforts that what he/she is going through to make us happy, to do things in the way we wants.

You just have to control your too much expecting from the peoples that doesn't even exist in your life. Trust me you will be awesome with zero expectations from anyone.

In the last, the right person(the your person) will always gives his/her 100% efforts to make your bond stronger. "Right things comes with the Right person".

Don't look at the result, it isn't in our hands. Efforts are the only we can make to satisfy our expectations. That's it!

There are kinds of emotions - Happy, Sad, Confused, Angry, Fear, Calmness, etc.

so here is a question, what are emotions?
Firstly, do an activity
just close your eyes and think negative,-
Where you were
What had just happened
What you were with
just think about these questions negatively,
and notice, what your body feels,
and what are the thoughts that come to your mind

Now, relax and think about what you feel during these thoughts
mainly you want to leave this situation and run away
you feel bad and negative vibes
Okayyy!!

Now, again close your eyes and now this time you think positively

What you were with

Now notice whats your body feels
this time you feel happiness, excitement good vibes.
Now, feel the difference in your body in both situation
compare positive and negative emotions, how our body feels, how muscles feel

A person emotionally feels safe with positive vibes that attract everyone towards him.

Positive thoughts generate positive feelings and attract positive life experience

so, basically, "Emotions are what we feel and hows our body reacts"

Our emotion depends upon our current situation

Our emotions depend upon the current situation appraisal {negative/positive} and due to appraisal what are the changes seen in our body, face, state, posture, voice, feeling, and how we react or respond.
Our body has a connection with the situation or vice versa.

When we feel happy and sad, irritated these are the responses of our current circumstances thoughts, and dynamic changes

Emotions are nothing but a feeling of every person who is totally part of human nature. They give us information about what we are experiencing and help us know how to react. All emotions arise from changes in circumstances, something good for us, and something bad for us,

Negative emotion - If we are angry or frustrated we start pointing out other's mistake thus that kind of blame games take over

Positive emotion - like once we think to start feeling that oh, that situation I'm in is a gift, you know the next situation is a gift and then gratitudes start to take hold, and it like this upward spiral that buoys you along.

When we are working hard for some work and we do not get the results what we expect then we get angry and irritated

Because we don't know what attitude actually is.

Many times other people's behavior for us also depends on our attitude.
It is something that we portray to others.

It is the attitude of the lion that makes him the king of the jungle, and similarly, it goes with the eagle
Just like the lion rules the forest because of his attitude, the lion does not care what the rest of the animals think about him.
In this way, an eagle can fly high in the sky, because it has an attitude and it does not have to be like everyone, it has to do something away from everyone.

This is the power of attitude.

You can make everything possible with your attitude.

A neutral attitude has the ability to ignore they don't give enough importance to situation and event they just ignore them and go-ahead
they don't feel any change in it.

Keep a welcoming and warm attitude, express your thoughts,
and attract peoples, and maintain a healthy environment for you and the people around you
Don't express your feelings to everyone but only to those who really care.

So, at last, I would like to suggest you be happy and keep others happy.

इस से डरना नहीं इस से लड़ना है।
कोरोना से डरे नहीं उस से बचाव करे और लडे।

हम लड़ सकते है।

कमजोर नहीं है।

बस इस से लड़ने के लिए हमे कुछ सावधानी बरतनी है। जिस से हम अपने आप को और अपने परिवार को इस महामारी से बचा सकेंगे

इसके अतिरिक्त हमे अपना आत्म बल बढ़ा के रखना है।

घबराना नहीं है और सावधानी बरतनी है ।

This is alive, we don't have to do so much, we just have to play our character, and sometimes we can't do this properly, we keep crying and complain about negative but we never see the positive side
when we start see things positively then everything will be better.

I am telling you a story...
A young boy of a school and he become a doctor, he told me that "i am getting very poor grades .
my memory is failing i don't know whats the matter what can i do ? i will not become a good doctor like that.
So, the only thing wrong was his attitude . he adopted a new mental attitude by realizing how important his studies and then he studied hard and think our self at that stage of life where he always wants to be.
So through their hope and thinking and his hard work he become a good doctor.
There was a spiritual power within him ,actually that is also the cause of power.
He begins to claim that his memory was perfect and he did hard work and success in his life.

Life is what you make it...

Do whatever you want.
It will become what you wish.
Never think negative and don't get distracted when you are on your goals.
Everything will be fine and great.
Life is short but beautiful.
Nothing is more important then your priorities, do not waste time into something worthless.
Observe small things.

These are the words used for the super hero.

So today 19th MAY is the Super Awesome day for me, because today is my superhero's birthday

Yhhh, today is my fathers birthday.

So firstly , HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAPA

So i decided to write a blog on him.

As every person has any superhero, so here my superhero is my papa.

Papa is my hero, my will power, my motivation, my role model.

Because papa knows everything about me, my good side and also my worst side but he always supports me, he always knows my all mistakes everything from small to big .
He always supports me whatever i am today and wherever i am today is only reason for what he does for me, is only you and your support papa.

He never forced me to do anything ,always used to say ,"Do whatever you want there is no force,do in which you are interested but whatever you do, do it honestly ".

He never says no to anything, always used to say yes.

He knows everything about me and always always says do whatever you want i trust on you, never refuse anything never stop, he did every possible hard-work for me and enriched me with positive attitude.

He only says " Go ahead, a person learns by stumbling, no one understands anything unless he don't stumble . A stumbling person always goes up and never falls down"

He always used to say stay positive .

When we think about anything too much which may lead to mental illness like depression, anxiety, and due to overthinking it may leads to stress.

You can start overthink a small problem or small thing and make it a huge monster.

If you realize how powerful your thoughts is then you never think it negative.

1)Acceptance :- Firstly you have to accept that you are overthinking.

When we eat more then we say yes we over think and we do some thing about it,

so why not this for our overthinking mind.

2) Note the thoughts, any kind of thoughts running variably in your mind, just note them down.

3) Meditation - Meditation is must, start one minute meditation, focus on breath in and breath out regularly increased by one minute, it works only if you do it every day.
4) Realize why you overthink - Realize that you are overthinking and overcome from this as soon as possible. Just keep yourself busy in anything. Like-
- reading books
- watching videos
- start writing
- start walking and observe things
-do whatever you want -- yoga, dance, painting etc.

5) Learn something new and concentrate on new things.

Phobia - But when fear became phobia, it cannot be controlled as too easy. People avoid current situation, experience anxiety when the threat is not appreciating.

Actually the problem is not with what we expect from whom, in what sense. The root of the problem is the selection of right person, because a wrong person came with great destruction and apocalypse in our life.

Choose wisely, give some time to him/her and take some time for you because this selection can make your life or can create an apocalypse to you.

If the person is right for us then our expectations doesn't go in vain. Just look at his/her efforts that what he/she is going through to make us happy, to do things in the way we wants.

You just have to control your too much expecting from the peoples that doesn't even exist in your life. Trust me you will be awesome with zero expectations from anyone.

In the last, the right person(the your person) will always gives his/her 100% efforts to make your bond stronger. "Right things comes with the Right person".
